Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Reimprinting are forms of Energy Medicine that help to clear emotional and mental patterns which can contribute to stress on all levels....and to pain in the body. Energy Medicine is becoming more accepted as science has validated for many years that we are all energy (Einstein's physics E=mc2) and medicine and biological sciences are finally starting to shift the paradigm!
Our subconscious programming actually runs over 80% of our activities, including our thoughts! Even when we consciously want to change a behavior ...improve posture, stop smoking, etc., why do we so often not succeed? Because our subconscious mind is really running the show and it is making choices based on old patterns, beliefs, fears that likely are no longer useful. For example, a dog bit you when you were 5 years old, so you just don't trust dogs your whole life...and perhaps miss out on the joys and wonders of having a dog;...or worse, carry unconscious stress through your day without knowing that it came from seeing the dog down the street in your peripheral vision that morning!
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Matrix reimprinting both use stimulation of acupuncture meridians while retrieving a memory and then de-activating it's hold (EFT) and re-recording a new memory over the old (Matrix Reimprinting) to facilitate longer lasting shifts in subconscious patterns.
